We are looking for passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)/Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team of healthcare professionals. You will use your clinical expertise to ensure clients receive the highest quality nursing care, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Area of Work Successful candidates will provide care to clients in the north end of Sarnia.
Availability (Part‑Time)
Hours:
8:00AM – 5:00PM, with a commitment to work every other weekend. Part‑time nurses may also participate in an on‑call rotation discussed with the manager after orientation.

Key Responsibilities Observe, assess, diagnose, counsel and provide health teaching to clients.
Lead care in the setting and report to the immediate supervisor or branch office as required.
Follow established care plans to ensure emotional, spiritual, physical comfort and safety of clients.
Perform routine nursing duties in line with company policies, procedures and provincial standards of practice.
Carry out specialized nursing procedures for which training and competency are demonstrated.
Document client conditions and changes following professional standards.
Implement infection prevention practices.
Participate in continuing education—internal and external.
Adhere to Bayshore policies and procedures.
Engage in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in Health & Safety activities; notify supervisor of any risks or concerns.
Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information.
Complete additional tasks as requested.

Education Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required).
Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body.
Valid CPR certification.
Requirements Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening.
Proof of being free from TB.
Two supervisory references.
Proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID‑19, Hepatitis, and seasonal flu may be required, dependent on provincial regulations.
Medical exemptions will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
