As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will establish therapeutic relationships with patients and their families. Your responsibility includes applying specialized knowledge for assessing health needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a fast-paced environment. We need a dedicated individual who can work independently and adapt in constantly changing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families

• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care continuously

• Administer medications, including IV medications

• Utilize critical thinking in complex situations

• Work flexible hours as per department needs

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license with College of Nurses of Ontario

• BSc in Nursing or equivalent education

• BLS Certification and basic computer skills

• Ability to work independently with proven nursing skills

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
