Key Responsibilities:

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Administer medications, including IV medication as ordered

• Utilize critical thinking in independent nursing practices

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team

Requirements:

• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Proven skills in acute medical nursing practices

• Current BLS Certification

• Basic computer skills, including Cerner and Electronic Patient Record

• Excellent attendance and performance records
