Position: Registered Nurse for Post-Surgical Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-operative recovery and care for surgical patients

• Assist with inpatients requiring higher levels of care

• Collaborate as a member of the Medical Emergency Response Team

• Engage in teaching and research activities related to clinical duties

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols in patient care

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in adult critical care and inpatient surgical nursing

• Valid A.C.L.S certification from Heart & Stroke Foundation

• Proficient in E.C.G. interpretation and IV starts

• Ability to provide supervision under OHSA regulations
