Location: St. Marys
Join Penn Highlands Healthcare as a Registered Nurse, where you'll provide top-notch nursing care and support for residents in a home-like setting. Your expertise will ensure quality care and education for families.
In this Registered Nurse role, you will coordinate nursing care while working alongside an experienced team. A valid Pennsylvania RN License is required, along with experience in Long Term Care. You'll play an essential part in providing around-the-clock support to all residents in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing care and coordinate resident care efforts
• Provide education to residents and their families
• Collaborate with the nursing staff for quality care
• Engage in professional development opportunities
• Maintain effective communication within the team
Requirements:
• Must have a Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
• CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification preferred
• Experience in Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Familiarity with healthcare computer systems preferred
