You will lead shift reports, coordinate services for residents, and ensure accurate documentation of changing conditions. This position demands a sound knowledge of nursing standards and compliance with relevant health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services and resident care plans
• Lead shift documentation and team communication
• Record significant health changes in resident charts
• Review and process physician orders promptly
• Supervise Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
• Registration in good standing with provincial nursing registry
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
