As an RPN, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality care and building therapeutic relationships with various patient populations. This role requires excellent assessment skills and critical thinking as you navigate a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is temporary and spans from July 13, 2026, to March 11, 2027, with flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and care plans

• Engage with patients and their families effectively

• Administer IV and other medications per physician orders

• Utilize computer systems for patient records and communication

• Maintain adaptability in a rapidly changing setting

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current BLS certification effective for acute care

• Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Cerner tools)

• Preferred experience in Continuing Care within the past three years
