Position: Evening Registered Nurse Role in Home Health
Location: St. Marys

Make a difference as an Evening Registered Nurse (RN) with Penn Highlands Healthcare, focused on providing evening care and triaging patient needs. Work Monday through Thursday from 1 PM to 11 PM.

This role demands proficiency in assessing patient calls and coordinating care effectively. As an integral part of the home health team, you will identify and address patient needs, ensuring high-quality services in their homes. A current PA RN license and two years of relevant experience are required to succeed in this position, which blends patient interaction with collaboration across healthcare disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage patient and family phone calls during shifts

• Assess and assign patients for evening care

• Ensure adherence to care plans and physician orders

• Provide intermittent care at patients’ residences

Requirements:

• Current PA RN License mandatory

• At least 2 years of nursing experience

• Strong verbal, written, and teaching abilities

• Reliable transportation and valid PA driver's license
