Elgin Manor is on the lookout for a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) in Southwold, Ontario. Provide compassionate nursing care and leadership to our dedicated staff.
In this temporary role, you'll work as part of a collaborative team, responsible for the assessment and care of residents at our long-term care facility. Your leadership will guide Personal Support Workers and Registered Practical Nurses. This position allows you to maintain comprehensive resident care plans while ensuring you stay updated on best nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care aligned with established guidelines

• Supervise daily routines and staff schedules

• Assess and document residents' health statuses

• Coordinate medication administration with precision

• Support training and development for nursing staff
Requirements:

• Graduate of a BSc in Nursing

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Certification in First Aid and CPR Level HCP

• Prior experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation is beneficial

• Effective planning and interpersonal skills
