Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse

Advance your nursing career at Southbridge Care Homes as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse. Focus on resident health from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM each night.
In this role, you’ll work under the Director of Care, ensuring exceptional health services are delivered. Your responsibilities include administering medications, conducting treatment assessments, and engaging in multidisciplinary care plans. Solid communication and collaboration skills are essential as you monitor resident health and maintain care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and accurately assess vital signs

• Collaborate on the development of resident care plans

• Organize nursing functions and restorative care

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and policies
Requirements:

• Certificate of competence from College of Nurses of Ontario

• Registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association

• Current First Aid and BLS certification

• Knowledge in Infection Control Practices

• Negative vulnerable sector check required
