This contract role spans from August 10, 2026, to February 16, 2028. As an RPN, you'll build therapeutic relationships with diverse patients, assess their health needs, and plan and evaluate tailored care. Your expertise in acute medical nursing will be crucial in delivering the highest standard of care continuously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families

• Assess and respond to health care needs effectively

• Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans

• Administer medications, including IV medications

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across departments
Requirements:

• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• BLS Certification and relevant nursing education

• Proven acute medical care skills and experience

• Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Cerner)

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
