Age Care invites skilled Registered Nurses to join our compassionate team. In this nursing role, you'll coordinate care, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Your experience in geriatric care will help you document residents' conditions accurately while responding to physician orders promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services for residents in the neighborhood
• Lead shift reports to inform healthcare team members
• Record changes in residents' health status accurately
• Process and implement physician orders promptly
• Communicate order processing issues to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registration in good standing with provincial registry
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of relevant health regulations and acts
• Strong documentation and communication skills
