As a Registered Nurse at Age Care, you will be pivotal in coordinating nursing services and monitoring residents' health within our community. You'll be documenting changes in residents' conditions and reviewing physician orders to ensure timely care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing and other resident services as needed
• Lead shift report with health care team
• Document significant changes in residents’ conditions
• Review and process physician orders promptly
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Background in long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of relevant health legislation
• Registration in good standing with provincial registry
