Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and implement medical directives
• Provide individual and group education to patients

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with CNO
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and education experience
• Valid driver’s license and regular vehicle access
• Comfortable working in a team-based model
