Position: Evening Nurse Role at Southbridge Care Homes
Join Southbridge Care Homes as a part-time Registered Nurse in the evenings. Focused on enriching resident lives, this position emphasizes assessments, supervision, and compliance with care standards.

This part-time role is under the direction of the Director of Care. As an Evening Nurse, you will participate in creating care plans, evaluate workflow among staff, and monitor residents' health status. Your contributions will sustain the facility’s standards and promote a high-quality environment for seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report residents’ symptoms and conditions

• Assist in assessments and reviews of care plans

• Supervise nursing staff and provide training as needed

• Support preparations for RAI MDS assessments

• Take charge of facility operations in absence of director

Requirements:

• Valid certificate from College of Nurses Ontario

• Registration eligibility with Registered Nurses Association of Ontario

• Current First Aid and BLS certifications

• Experience with cognitively impaired residents

• Completion of a negative vulnerable sector check
