Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care as Most Responsible Practitioner

• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention

• Collaborate with healthcare team for integrated patient care

• Manage and follow up on laboratory results and critical care

• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems

Requirements:

• Registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario

• 2 years of NP experience preferred

• Complete understanding of MRP responsibilities

• Master’s degree in Nursing preferred

• Ability to work extended hours and travel between sites
