Position: Nurse Practitioner Role

As a Nurse Practitioner (MRP), you’ll serve as the primary care provider to an individual panel of patients within a collaborative primary care team. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver primary care services to patients and their families

• Focus on health promotion, education, and disease prevention

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum 2 years of NP experience preferred

• Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program Certificate

• Baccalaureate in Nursing;
Master's preferred

• Reliable transportation for site travel
