Registered Nurse with Mental Health Focus

Join the Canadian Mental Health Association as a Registered Nurse specializing in mental health in London, Ontario. This part-time role allows you to make a significant impact by collaborating with clients to enhance their recovery journeys.

As a valued member of our Nursing Team, you'll handle assessments, coordinate care, and provide essential health education for clients facing mental health challenges. You'll work closely with community physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support tailored to individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mental and physical health assessments regularly

• Coordinate client care and manage appointments

• Provide health promotion and lifestyle support to clients

• Administer psychotropic injections as required

• Advocate for clients in need of medical resources

Requirements:

• RN license in good standing with the College of Nurses

• Bachelor's Degree or Nursing Diploma

• Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence needed

• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check required

• Proven attendance and reliability in previous roles
