Age Care is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide professional care to residents. You will supervise practical nurses, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate essential services to enhance residents' quality of life. Your expertise in geriatric care will support a caring environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff and coordinate nursing services
• Lead reports to update team on residents’ health
• Document significant changes in care charts
• Process physician orders and ensure timely implementation
• Notify management of any order processing difficulties
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active registration with provincial registry
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care
• Familiarity with health-related regulations
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
