Key Responsibilities:

• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and provide support

• Implement and evaluate tailored patient care plans

• Administer medications, including IV as prescribed

• Engage in critical thinking and independent nursing tasks

• Collaborate with a skilled healthcare team for optimum care

Requirements:

• Registered as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Proven skills in acute medical and nursing practices

• Current BLS Certification

• Basic computer proficiency in electronic health records

• Strong attendance aligned with STEGH's policy
