Provide compassionate nursing care at Bobier Villa in Dutton as a Part-time Registered Practical Nurse. Engage with residents in a nurturing, community-driven environment.

As a key member of the nursing team, you'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care under the guidance of the Registered Nurse. This role is crucial for ensuring all residents receive tailored, quality care, emphasizing safety and effective communication throughout their care process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan individual care needs for residents

• Facilitate implementation of care plans and evaluate outcomes

• Communicate care needs and updates with the nursing team

• Address safety and compliance within the care environment

• Assist in delivering recreational activities

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse qualification                                      

• Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Knowledge of Pharmacology and Aseptic Technique

• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR Level HCP

• Experience with resident rights and health care legislation
