Position: Overnight Registered Practical Nurse Role
Join Bayshore Health as an Overnight Registered Practical Nurse, delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to clients. You'll monitor health statuses and implement personalized care plans every shift.

This position is vital for providing exceptional nursing support during overnight supervising shifts, ranging from 8-10 hours, with every other weekend scheduled. You'll assess client health, document interactions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families for seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor clients’ health status regularly

• Design and implement individualized care plans for patients

• Document medication administration and patient progress notes

• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and family members

• Use mobile devices for efficient documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school

• Current RPN or LPN registration in good standing

• Valid CPR certification and driver’s licence

• Clear criminal background check required

• Compliance with provincial vaccination requirements
