Location: St. Thomas
Enhance patient care as a Registered Practical Nurse in the Rehabilitation & Reactivation Unit mas Elgin General Hospital. This role is pivotal in delivering top-tier nursing care while supporting patient independence.
As an RPN, you will leverage your expertise to assess and implement individualized care plans for a diverse patient population. Work alongside a dedicated healthcare team to provide compassionate and effective service in a challenging setting.
Key Responsibilities- Establish solid therapeutic relationships with patients
- Assess and evaluate patient health needs
- Implement and oversee rehabilitation programs
- Administer IV and other medications as needed
- Adapt practices to meet changing patient requirements
- Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- BLS Certification
- Experience in acute care nursing
- Basic computer skills for patient record management
- Dedication to continuous qualified development
