Assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, create and implement patient care plans, educate patients and their families, and maintain accurate health records. Coordinate care with other health‑care professionals, operate medical equipment, and may supervise junior nursing staff.

Requirements- Canadian or Mexican citizenship (required for the TN Visa)
- Eligibility for an EB‑3 Green Card (for nurses from outside Canada and Mexico)
- 100% flexibility with assignment location
- NCLEX or willingness to take the exam
- English proficiency
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current acute‑care experience in a hospital setting
