At Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, we are looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver patient care in a Family Practice setting. This role requires performing physicals, managing chronic diseases, and coordinating with other health resources. You'll also engage in telehealth services and document using our EPIC system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patients through examinations and chronic disease care

• Ensure compliance with medical treatment policies

• Coordinate consultations and referrals for enhanced patient care

• Utilize MyChart for patient interactions via telehealth

• Document accurately using the EPIC electronic health record

Requirements:

• Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon

• Valid controlled substance registration with DEA

• Strong medical background in multidisciplinary settings

• Obtain Idaho medical license for community service
