• Serve as a primary care provider for a dedicated patient panel

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario

• Experience of at least two years preferred

• Certified in the Primary Health Care NP program

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required

• Proof of professional liability insurance
