Key Responsibilities:
• Build therapeutic relationships with residents facing challenges

• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations
• Monitor resident health and support recovery plans
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse accreditation and current registration
• Previous experience in community or mental health nursing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Effective communication and relational skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
