Key Responsibilities:

• Create authentic connections with residents daily

• Supervise and mentor care staff effectively

• Deliver safe and accurate medication per protocols

• Document care thoroughly using technology

• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Current CNO registration in good standing

• Completed Vulnerable Sector Screening within 6 months

• TB 2 Step updated in the last year

• Dedication to personalized, resident-focused care

• Collaborative approach to healthcare improvements
