As the Manager of Resident Care, you will direct a passionate nursing team while addressing the complex needs of individuals in long-term care. Your effective conflict resolution and change management skills will play a critical role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and support throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the nursing team in delivering care
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
• Promote staff development through training initiatives
• Engage with families for optimal resident care
• Drive interdisciplinary collaboration for care improvement
Requirements:
• Active RN or RPN registration in Ontario
• At least three years of nursing experience
• One year of leadership in long-term care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with safety culture in healthcare settings
