• Deliver direct nursing care and health education

• Advocate for culturally relevant nursing services

• Provide telephone triage and timely medical advice

Requirements:

• RN with College of Nurses of Ontario registration

• Minimum three years’ community or primary care experience

• Experience with Indigenous populations preferred

• Excellent communication and case management skills

• Valid Ontario Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
