Join Cencora as a Field & Infusion Nurse focusing on patient care in Canada. Enhance your nursing skills by administering treatments in clinic and homecare settings.
This full-time position demands a Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with at least two years of experience. Proficiency in IV therapy and patient monitoring are essential. You will provide patient education, ensure compliance with protocols, and document all nursing activities following established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications via IM, SC, and IV methods
• Support patient IV infusion treatments in various settings
• Monitor and report post-treatment activities
• Educate patients on treatment protocols
• Coordinate with case managers and physicians for schedules
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience with IV therapy preferred
• Current provincial registration and CPR certificate
• Strong customer service skills with healthcare teams
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
