Key Responsibilities:
• Form deep connections with residents, creating meaningful interactions
• Supervise and mentor PSWs to align daily priorities
• Safely administer medications and monitor outcomes
• Document and manage care plans with technology assistance
• Assist families through challenging moments with education and support
Requirements:
• Active registration with the CNO in good standing
• Completed Vulnerable Sector Screening in the last 6 months
• Updated TB 2 Step test required
