Key Responsibilities:
• Lead clinical quality audits and improvement initiatives
• Ensure comprehensive client-centered care plans
• Manage client service delivery and HCP matching
• Resolve concerns for clients, families, and staff
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate nursing teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
• 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• Valid provincial nursing registration in good standing
• Strong HR and business development knowledge
• Excellent communication and computer skills
