Position: Part-Time RPN at Sprucedale Care Centre
Location: Strathroy

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop care plans reflecting individualized resident needs

• Maintain positive relationships with residents and families

• Supervise PSWs and ensure performance standards

• Document care effectively and communicate changes

• Lead unit rounds and ensure quality of care

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as RPN

• Basic CPR is beneficial

• Previous long-term care experience a plus

• Strong written and oral communication

• Successful completion of RAI-MDS training within a year
