Schlegel Villages is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to enhance resident care and support teams in a warm, inclusive environment. You will utilize your expertise in comprehensive geriatric assessments, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive geriatric assessments for residents

• Lead and mentor care professionals in clinical settings

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures

• Provide guidance on resident-centered palliative care services

• Participate in Village quality initiatives and clinical reviews

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse Practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in geriatric assessments and healthcare leadership

• Current Heart Save Level CPR Certification

• Knowledge of long-term care sector legislation

• Ability to foster relationships with residents and staff
