CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services in London, Ontario, invites applications for a part-time, permanent Registered Nurse (RN) within the Medical & Housing teams. Role includes administration of psychotropic injections, diabetes care, medication reconciliation, and health teaching to support recovery goals.
The RN will work across congregate and independent housing environments, coordinate with physicians and clinics, and participate in a two-weekly 49-hour schedule.
