Join Kii Health as a part-time Occupational Health Nurse focused on enhancing employee well-being. This on-site role supports health services, treatment, and accommodation management across multiple locations.

Kii Health is seeking two registered nurses for part-time positions (16–24 hours weekly) to provide health education and promote well-being at workplaces in the Greater Toronto Area. You will manage non-occupational accommodation requests while collaborating with HR and workplace supervisors. This role includes treatment for illness and injury, ensuring excellent care for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accommodation requests across five locations

• Prioritize new cases and review existing ones

• Collaborate with HR and managers on return-to-work processes

• Maintain confidential medical records and comply with policies

• Support health center programs and assessments

Requirements:

• RN or RPN designation

• Experience in occupational health nursing

• Ability to handle confidentiality and privacy

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Flexibility to work onsite across locations
