This full-time position is intended for dedicated Registered Nurses looking to specialize and make a significant impact.
You'll work with in an interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care tailored to individual client needs. Utilize advanced nursing techniques to improve health experiences and outcomes for those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and provide education for individualized care strategies
• Design and implement specialized care plans with expected outcomes
• Act as a mentor within the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Engage in case management with the latest treatment modalities
• Collaborate in case discussions with NSWOCs province-wide
Requirements:
• Active RN license is required in Ontario
• Completion of NSWOCC WOC-EP or similar program
• Three years’ experience in wound care highly preferred
• Strong ability to engage clients and support learning
• Capable of delivering health education effectively
