As part of the multidisciplinary team at Glendale Crossing, your responsibilities will encompass delivering safe medication management, monitoring residents' well-being, and ensuring all care plans are executed to meet regulatory standards. You will need to be a proactive advocate for residents, facilitating their involvement in care decisions while maintaining a high level of personal care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe and effective administration of medications
• Assess and report residents' health changes
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Support new resident transitions and care adjustments
• Document care plans accurately in the system
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• CPR certification required
• Familiarity with long-term care legislation
• Previous experience in dementia care is an asset
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
