In this role, you will leverage your nursing expertise to maintain a secure environment for residents and families. Provide direction and education to care staff while ensuring high-quality care services. Regular assessments and individualized service plans are vital to supporting residents’ transitions into community living.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize nursing processes to offer top-notch resident care
• Lead and mentor care teams with regular guidance
• Conduct resident assessments and follow-up evaluations
• Create personalized Person Centre Service Plans
• Monitor compliance through diligent auditing practices
Requirements:
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse certification with CLPNA
• Background in senior care environments preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Point-Click-Care is advantageous
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
