Age Care is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide professional nursing care to residents in our long-term care community. You will monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to uphold high standards of safety and comfort.
In collaboration with the Registered Nurse, you will guide Personal Support Workers, participate in shift reports, liaise with physicians, and contribute to policy implementation.
