SE Health offers an exceptional opportunity for Registered Nurses at the Goderich Clinic. This position focuses on patient care through comprehensive assessments and personalized care planning. As the primary provider, you'll ensure effective collaboration with your team and assist clients by connecting them to local community support services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete detailed client assessments and implement care plans
• Oversee patient care as the primary provider in a team setting
• Coordinate community service connections for care transitions
Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Availability for 2-3 days/week including weekends
• Clear criminal background and immunization records required
• Current CPR certification necessary
• Physically able to meet role demands
