Your role will focus on the delivery of effective, safe, and emotionally supportive care by assessing and developing initial care plans. As a Registered Nurse, you will integrate with the inter-professional team to prioritize patient needs, ensuring that the highest standards of nursing practice are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and evaluate complex patient health statuses
• Create and implement initial care plans collaboratively
• Provide direct nursing care ensuring compliance with standards

Requirements:
• Active, unrestricted license to practice nursing in Ontario
• Valid CPR certification
• Nursing diploma from an accredited program
