The successful candidates will provide essential health services to employees, including education and treatment for various conditions. You will primarily manage non-occupational accommodation requests while collaborating closely with management teams at assigned locations. This position offers a flexible schedule and a focus on health promotion and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize accommodation cases at five locations
• Collaborate with HR and union reps on health processes
• Maintain confidentiality and meet privacy requirements
• Support health center operations and policy adherence
• Provide follow-up treatment for employees
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
• Previous experience in occupational health nursing
• Strong ability to work collaboratively
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Willingness to travel between various locations
