Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive geriatric assessments to residents

• Guide the implementation of palliative care services

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in geriatric assessments and healthcare mentorship
• Certification in CPR and current AIS Certification
• Familiarity with regulations in the long-term care sector
