Position: Field Case Manager at Cencora

In this full-time position, you'll customize programs, assist with patient enrolment, and develop relationships with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate should have a healthcare background and at least five years of related experience, including case management. Responsibilities include reporting, training, and resolving coverage issues as necessary for patient support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize program elements for prescribing physicians

• Review patient status and assist in enrolment

• Develop relationships with physicians and staff

• Complete reports on specific timelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or nursing diploma required

• Minimum five years in healthcare or related experience

• Active nursing license (RN or RPN/LPN) required

• Knowledge of reimbursement processes

• Fluency in French and English is an asset
