In this Licensed Practical Nurse role, you'll support registered nurses in providing complete nursing care for residents and educate their families. We are looking for candidates with a current Pennsylvania Practical Nurse License and experience in long-term care. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver total nursing care tailored to each resident

• Engage in educational sessions with families

• Assist nursing staff and other personnel effectively

• Follow established nursing protocols consistently

• Regularly monitor and update resident health information

Requirements:

• Current Pennsylvania LPN License or Temporary License required

• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends

• Preferred 1-2 years of long-term care experience

• I.V. certification is advantageous
