Make a difference in elder care as an Assistant Director of Wellness – Retirement with Schlegel Villages in London, Ontario. Direct clinical programs and lead resident services.

This key role involves overseeing the clinical services within the Retirement department, ensuring quality monitoring and trend analysis. You will act as the Wellness Coordinator during absences and lead the nursing department with clarity and commitment. Emphasizing resident-centered care, you will enrich the community dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee clinical care and lead quality improvement projects

• Act as Wellness Coordinator when necessary

• Manage assessments and service plans for residents

• Analyze data trends to enhance service delivery

• Promote a strong sense of community among residents and staff

Requirements:

• Good standing RPN license with CNO

• Experience in geriatric nursing is an asset

• Nursing leadership experience preferred

• Strong commitment to quality resident care

• Excellent leadership and analytical skills
