As a Registered Nurse in Brightshores' Medical/Surgical/Complex Continuing Care Department, you'll provide critical care while promoting health and patient safety. With current registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario, you will engage in patient education and clinical leadership. Your ability to work independently and adapt will be key in meeting various patient needs during this temporary role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver thorough patient assessments and health promotion

• Perform venipunctures and IV medication administration

• Conduct central line management and dressing changes

• Provide essential rehabilitative care to patients

• Promote a culture of safety within the department

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Completion of the Physical Assessment course

• Recent experience in Medicine/Surgical/Critical Care

• Effective organizational and communication skills

• Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations
