You will enhance residents' care quality through accurate medication administration and effective task prioritization. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and adherence to long-term care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Follow care plans in line with established standards
• Report changes in resident well-being to leadership
• Support resident participation in care decisions
• Collaborate with Neighbourhood Physician during rounds
Requirements:
• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current Heart Save Level CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care settings
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Understanding of Ontario's long-term care policies
